I never finish..

I have lost my blogging fever recently, but I need to update:

Im going to have to stick with the pink/coral dress I bought, I dont have enough money to buy a new one after all.. and I dont plan on asking my parents for money- BUT I LOOK LIKE A CAN! -_- it still needs to be tightened.
other than that, I'm basically ready for prom!

I cant wait till my next paycheck. I need a new camera, some true religions and these sandals are indeed THE SHIT.

Anyways! today was super random. lisa, kevin, ashley, and ubaldo picked me up out of the blue and went to Antojitos. OMG bomb cheap icecream. I'm planning on visiting soon. Afterwards, we went to Dominos and grabbed free pasta breadbowls and ate it at the park. It was a nice day today. I love how I don't have to go to school. 5 more weeks til graduation!

the18 mile hike

This Spring Break, a few of my friends and I decided to get off our asses and do something productive. We decided to hike to the punchbowl in Santa Paula. Aly, Oj, Josh, Dan, Jt, Mistine, Lisa, Kevin, and I woke up early in the morning yesterday and left Aly's house at 9am. We got to the trail and followed the directions from online. The directions were confusing because it didn't seem like we were going the right way, but we kept on hiking up the mountain anyways. Wepassed by avocado farms and ran into horses and snakes. We ended up on a paved road high up in the mountains and ran into a truck passing by. The driver asks us where we were heading to and we were told that we were on the wrong trail the whole time. I guess we were supposed to turn left instead of right in the beginning of the trail OMFG! 3 hours of hiking and were tired and exhausted, GREAT! So we decided to go back down where we started, and along the way, we saw 2 guys that were trying to get to the same destination. They were on the wrong trail too. We decided to take a shortcut which only took us less than an hour to go back to where we came from. I wish we took that shortcut in the first place -_- Everyone was nagging and whining and complaining how their feet hurt and it was hot and we were never goin to find it, but a few were still motivated to find it. They had the right to complain because we hiked for 6miles. We saw a photographer and asked for directions. Luckily, he had been there before and we basically followed the tagging on the rocks to get to the punchbowl. It took us 3 hours to get there, adding another 6 miles that we've hiked. It was 4pm, and we finally made it to the punchbowl! YAY!! but i honestly, thought it wasn't worth 12 miles of hiking, getting lost, runnin into snakes, horses, looking out for bears, cuts, scrapes, and rolled ankles. The water was freezing cold, there was tagging everywhere, and alot of trash. The hike back only took an hour and 30 minutes because we took shortcuts along the way.

Spring Break Day 7

Spring break has been pretty cool! Im excited for the punchbowl tomorrow! My mom doesnt want me to go, but im stupid for telling her i was going hiking. I know she cares-yadayada, but I just wanna have fun! and besides Mistine bought a first aid kid just in case aha. Today was Aljohn's 9th birthday! WOW! I feel like he skipped bein 8. I cant wait til Aljohn number 2 comes out of my aunts belly. anyways i need to catch some sleep :D

spring break day 4

Happy Easter Sunday! Spring break has been pretty cool. Althouh, my money has been splurged at Santa Monica. I have to wait for my next two paychecks in order to get my prom ticket, dress, yadayada. Yesterday, I was so bummed because plans that were made didn't work out. I thought it was goin to be like that the whole day so I was pretty hopeless on having a good Spring Break. Everyone was working, few people bailed, some werent down, and Jeann and I were planning to go to Pasadena and shop and pick up Sara, but I guess she was going in town instead with Sean and his friend, Cindy. So that got me stoked! Happy Belated Birthday Sean! Jeann had a little kickback in camarillo. I hate being lightweight. Tina Ashley Tamara Mistine and Jt left a little bit earlier than Kevin and I. But it was good company. I got to chill with sara and jeann, havent kicked it with them in awhile.

Spring Break Day 1

I took my Spring Break earlier than everyone else. Today was Day 1 of my spring break.It was actually pretty cool! I was late to school so my mom took me back home and ended up just going to the Esprit orientation. It was fun! Probably the best job orientation I've ever gone to. I've never had fun in an orientation before besides this one. Maybe because they had alot of food and alot of group effort. Or maybe because I have the coolest co-workers ever.

No school for me tomorrow! Spring break day 2 tomorrow will be spent with my coworkers for a jobtraining at the Santa Monica Promenade! I'm excited!Too bad Kfeds goin to miss out! I have a feeling I'm going to end up splurging my money on food-not clothes, but FOOD. I need to stop being a fatass sometimes. fack fack fack. we'll see what happens haha

UN-usual

I learned that sometimes the only way to succeed is having courage to be different and following you're own footsteps. Don't be ashamed of what you want to do and who you are because you're not going to get anywhere if you are. Don't follow other people's footsteps because they have their own route to follow and you have yours- besides, you haven't walked in their shoes, you might not like where the road will take you. Be different and lead your own route to your goals and plans for others will be inspired and do the same. Take a stance of what you want to do, and just go for it. Don't be ashamed.

Didnt think I had a chance.

I never thought I'd actually the first round of the WetSeal Model Search. Since the associates at wetseal made me feel like I didnt have a chance in winning. Im glad to say Im really proud of a goal I've mos def acomplished. If it wasnt for all the people that helped make it happen, I wouldn't have anything to look forward to right now and also wouldnt have been where I am at right now. Now I know you've probably watched it, but it wont hurt to watch it again because the top 100 views get to move onto the final round which my video and my photos will be on the wetseal website and everyone gets to vote on who the winner should be. Wish me luck!





2 years and 2 monthssss anniversary <3 aaah we took Chiko to the Santa Monica Promenade and had dinner at Yangtze. Went into Esprit for the first time! Gosh, they have clothes that I would wear. The florals, boots, cardigans, scarves, gladiators- it has that bohemian chic vibe to it 'cept Im not into those long white flowy skirts that are half dyed.. Their men's section is pretty cool too, but I'm guessing the whole store's theme was "Spring purple" the men and womens were mostly purple. Cant wait to work there next week!

last day at pac

I wanna start off this blog by saying I have a really annoying canker sore.

Another incident that was annoying- actually it was creepy.. at Pacsun today, this black guy comes in with his 10 year old son, checking me out asking if I was an actress because he thought I was Brenda Song. Oookkay.. so then! he asks for my autograph ALONG with my number. hell to the no. Then these three mexicans that were in the military who just got back from Iraq(I know because they come in every weekend to visit or buy or whatever) over heard our Brenda Song conversation and startin butting in saying that I kinda do look like her a little. but whatever! Just cuz shes asian and has a round face-soo whaaat. Anyways these three guys I guess went off and waited for me to finish talking to the black guy. The black guy started talking to me about how he met Brenda Song, how he teaches martial arts and if I wanted to learn, and how people thought he looked like some celebrity. I couldn't even understand what he was saying cuz he was so ghetto. I understand ghetto talk, but this was REAL ghetto with the slurring. Thank goodness he finally left after I didn't want to give away my number. So then the three guys approached me saying"Hey Hayle!" They come to Pacsun so much, they already remember me and know my name. I felt like asking their names because they knew mine. One was Oscar, who looked like a 5'3 Frankie J, and the other was Chris. They started to ask me what I was doing tomorrow, and iniviting me to a car show at the fair. The whole time they were there, they were just talking to me. Then Chris asks me if I was engaged, I said no because I'm only 17, and theyre were like" OMG we thought you were 24!" WOW! Afterwards, they stopped trying to hit on me and left.

An hour later, the black guy with the kid comes in again! This was interesting. When the guy left, I told everyone what happened so everyone knew who he was and what was up with him trying to hit on me. He approaches me and takes out a business card. He's started telling me his store was "overseas" It took me so long to figure out he was saying"overseas" instead of "OC." He was ghettoslurring! My manager sent me to the back for a bit and wait till he leaves. Few minutes later, I came out and he was still there! He started talking to me asking why I'm making him leave. Shawn, the manager approached him asking him to leave since he was disrupting me, and I wasn't on my break. That was the end of it.

new member in the family

Isn't he adoraaable though?!! Gosh he just keeps Kevin and I occupied with him all day. Kevin is in mad love with Chiko. Today, when Chiko saw me, he jumped on me and started licking me. Gosh it feels good to be loved haha. We brought it to Petco and bought it a leash and a pretty spiffy red collar with white bones on it, some flea collar, pee pads and got it's nametag made. Unfortunately, he peed in the car. in MY seat! I had to sit in the back after that haha. We took em for a walk at Seabridge. He doesnt like being pulled with a leash, but he's gonna have to get used to it. He's currently in LA with his papi Kevin tonight ahaha what a brat. I didn't even get to go. Im jel- no not really.. I just miss the little thang. I cant wait to teach my baby tricks :D
